Q: How do I purchase tickets?
A: It is highly recommended to purchase your tickets online as soon as they are available to avoid missing out. The Reservation Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm (closed on weekends), with a lunch break in between.
Q: What information do I need to make a reservation?
A: You will need your credit card info, guest names, and everyone’s entree and dessert selection.
Q: Is the Cincinnati Dinner Train handicap accessible?
A: No, we are not handicap accessible.
Q: How can I add a special touch to my evening on the train?
A: For special events, you can order a centerpiece from HJ Benken Florist (513-891-1040). Orders must be placed by Noon on Fridays for Saturday evening delivery. Please note, this number is for flower orders only, not train tickets. Enhance the experience even further by adding Graeter’s premium desserts or a custom card. These can be purchased when purchasing your tickets.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: Dress is business casual. Denim jeans, shorts, flip-flops, and thong sandals are strictly prohibited. Ensure your guests are aware of this dress code to avoid being denied boarding.
Q: What is the check-in process?
A: All guests in your party must check in with the hostess at the same time.
Q: What are the ticket prices?
A:Tickets are $140.00 per person aged 12 and above.
Children under 12 are not permitted.
Gratuity is not included unless prepaid. Suggested gratuity amounts are:
18%: $22.77 per person
20%: $25.00 per person
22%: $27.80 per person
Bar purchases may increase these suggested amounts.
Q: What is the policy for groups of 8 or more?
A:Tickets are $153.31 per person, which includes a 10% discount, taxes & gratuity.
Group members will be seated at adjacent tables.
If you do not add gratuity to your ticket purchase, you will forfeit sitting with the group.
Q: How do I use a gift certificate?
A:Ticket prices may increase from the purchase date to the redemption date. Any price difference must be paid before completing the reservation.
If your gift certificate number starts with a “0,” drop the leading zeros when entering it as payment.
